Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive SMS messages from J. Dental Care.

How to opt in. You may opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you book or request an appointment on our website, submit our contact or web-chat form, or ask a member of our team to text you.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your appointments.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

Opt out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive texts from us. To rejoin, opt in again.
